How to Get Started
1. Schedule Your Apt
Come into either our Ham Lake or Anoka location. Whatever works best for you. We will figure out your insurance situation when you come in so no need to verify before your visit.
2. First Visit
We will verify your insurance coverage for you and go over cash options. The doctors will do a thorough consultation, spinal scan (to look at the health of your nervous system), exam AND your first treatment.
3. Second Visit
We will go over your report of findings from your spinal scan and exam, review your care plan options and cost, and get your second treatment. You'll know exactly what it will take to help you reach your goals.

Meet the Team
Dr. Aaron Frach
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Aaron Frach brings a unique individualized approach to the patients of Blaine Family Chiropractic & Anoka Family Wellness. He has experience in sports performance, rehabilitation, pediatric care, pregnancy, and pain management.
Dr. Aaron is a Cum Laude Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, and has a variety of techniques that he is able to utilize for a personalized experience. Dr. Aaron is an avid hockey enthusiast who played at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and is the Head Coach for Coon Rapids High School Hockey team.
He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy being active and spending time with their three children Cooper, Stella, and Madison.
Dr. Kiaja Tolzman
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Kiaja Tolzman is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She attended chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated in 2014.
Dr. Kiaja joined her fathers practice in Waite Park MN until his retirement in 2017 and is beyond excited to be joining the family at Blaine Family Chiropractic. Dr. Kiaja specializes in maternity and pediatric care but enjoys treating patients of all ages.
In her free time Dr. Kiaja loves to spend time with her family, friends and new baby boy! She enjoys spending time out on the water kayaking or water skiing, and curling up with a good book. She especially enjoys camping with her husband and am excited to take her son river camping for the first time this summer.

Dr. Mitchell Thilges is an enthusiastic doctor of chiropractic originally from Des Moines, IA. He graduated Cum Laude from St. Ambrose University, earning a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis on human health and behavioral neuropsychology. He then went on to graduate Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Mitchell is trained in numerous techniques and adjusting styles and has experience with prenatal care, athletics, and young adult care, but can work with the whole family across all ages. He is very excited to be part of the Blaine Family Chiropractic team and take care of the surrounding community!
In his free time, Dr. Mitchell likes to workout, explore new restaurants and coffee shops, spend time with his siblings and friends, watch movies, and be outside as much as possible!
Dr. Mitchell Thilges
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Taylor Koloc is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic. With a Masters in Sports Medicine, she graduated with honors from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She practices a comprehensive treatment approach, supporting her patients' individual goals, active rehabilitation and patient education.
She was a three-sport high school athlete, played collegiate softball and has continued enjoying athletics through many adult sport leagues. After dealing with several different shoulder, back and knee injuries of her own she became a sports chiropractor, helping athletes heal and perform at a higher level.
In her free time, Dr. Taylor is the doctor on staff for multiple sports teams in the Lakeville and St. Paul area and enjoys staying as active as possible. She enjoys playing softball, soccer and rock climbing, as well as reading a good book!
